1. Funding Details
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).
Additional financing information:
PIU Consultant assignment is to be financed from EBRD Technical Cooperation Funds provided on a grant basis.
2. Information on the Procurement Exercise
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

3. Other Information
A proposed investment project aims to improve street lighting infrastructure in Ganja city. The total investment cost is estimated at EUR 15 million, to be financed by an EBRD loan and grant funds.
The Project includes the design, supply and installation of street lighting systems (including LED luminaires, cabinets, cables and control systems).
The subject of this procurement procedure is the engagement of a PIU Implementation Support Consultant to support management of the Project, procurement activities and project implementation, including design activities, preparation of technical documentation and supervision of works.
