Contract Description: Reconstruction bridges at km 2.270, km 24.500 and km 25.800 on No (4) drain Biyala and Reconstruction of a Bridge at km 9.9 on Kitchener drain and Reconstruction weir at km 10.0 on Kitchener drain. The scope of work includes: Reconstruction of bridges at the following drains outlet:
1.bridge at km 2.270 on No (4) drain Bayalah ;
2.bridge at km 24.500 on No (4) drain Bayalah;
3.bridge at km 25.800; on No (4) drain Bayalah;
4.bridge at km 9.900 on Kitchener main drain
5.Rehabilitation of the weir at km 10.00; on Kitchener drain
6.Any other necessary works that may assigned to the contractor

The contract price is of 24,231,000 EGP as contract price [Twenty four million, and two hundred and thirty one thousands EGP exclusive taxes, and Taxes values are as follows:
- 5% of the contract price which is equivalent to 1,211,550 (one million and two hundred and eleven thousand, and five hundred and fifty Egyptian pound), representing value added taxes VAT
- Approximately 9% of the contract price, which is equivalent to EGP 2,180,790 (Two million and one hundred and eighty thousand, and seven hundred and ninety Egyptian pounds), representing all other charges including social insurance, commercial and industrial profit tax, and stamp taxes etc, however the final exact taxes deduction ratio will be identified based on the final payment certificate
