Contract Description: The entirety of activities, energy conservation and others (non-energy conservation), which includes among other things performance of the Works and provision of the Services, and aimed at reducing the energy consumption of the Facility (for heating and/or water heating, for other needs) to achieve the Energy Savings Level at the Facility for the Valid Verification Period not less than the Energy Savings Level agreed by the Parties while complying with the normative indoor conditions (indoor temperature, CO2 concentration, etc.).
