The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

The project is loan and grant funded.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
Under the project the following components shall be financed:
(i) procurement of waste collection containers,
(ii) rehabilitation of waste collection points,
(iii) procurement of waste transportation trucks and machinery and equipment,
(iv) furtherimprovements and extension of the existing landfill, and (v) installation of a modern integrated facility for solid waste separation and extraction of recyclable materials.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
