Contract Description: The aim of the assignment is to assist the J.P. Luka Brcko in its capacity and institutional building in order to allow the Company to operate on a commercial basis. This translates into the following objectives:
Institutional development;
Organisation
Establishing a Management information system;
Tariff calculation methodology setting and financial management (including reporting requirements under the Project);
Strategic development and Business planning;
Operational performance improvement;
Increasing capacities to manage the assets which are financed under the Project.

All of the above should include a relevant training component for the company staff.
