Contract Title: Project Implementation Assistance to the Project Implementation Unit

Contract Description: The Project aims to support the continuation of safe, vital air traffic management operations, which are significantly affected by the COVID-19 crisis, by providing capex financing. Proceeds from the EBRD loan will finance the completion of the capex components procured using EBRD PP&R under the existing M-NAV Modernisation Project, namely: i) installation of a new Air Traffic Management (ATM) system, ii) Mode S Radar at Skopje, iii) Very High Frequency (VHF) system and iv) Voice Communication System. These contracts have already been procured under previous M-NAV Project. Associate Donor Funded TC and Co-investment Grants are (i) TC1 Support for Safety Case (Direct Contract), (ii) Technical Support for Training of Air Traffic Controllers (Competitive Selection), and (iii) Project Implementation Support Consultant (Direct Contracting)
