Contract Title: T 05 Demolition & In-situ Replacement of Kafr Mahfouz WWTP (Capacity of 3,000 m3/d)

Contract Description: The Scope of Works for this Contract is to (i) complete decommissioning and demolishing of the existing wastewater treatment plant, (ii) design an in-situ replacement wastewater treatment with ultimate capacity of 4,500 m3/d (Stage 2), (iii) design and build a new wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 m3/d (Stage 1) with certain elements to be sized to facilitate ultimate Stage 2 capacity of 4,500 m3/d in scope of this contract within twenty-four (24) months (iv) provide Operation and Maintenance Training for the Employer's staff and monitor the operation and maintenance of the WWTP during the twelve-month Defects Notification Period.
