3. Other Information

Contract will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). If you intend to participate in any procurement under this project, please ensure that you have registered in ECEPP (https://ecepp.ebrd.com). Registered entities will be notified directly when any procurement opportunities are published.

As part of the construction works, it is planned to significantly expand the existing public part of the Riga Airport passenger terminal (including check-in hall, security control, baggage claim and arrivals hall) to the east of the existing terminal complex, as well as expand the terminal for Baggage handling System, reconstruct of the premises of the existing terminal building in sectors E, F and D, build road and parking solutions, including a new flyover at the departure level and a multi-storey car park, construct underground tunnel for baggage delivery for connection with RailBaltica station building. During the construction works, the terminal of Riga Airport shall continue to function and serve passengers, ensuring the continuity of aviation processes and not lowering the level of safety and security at the Airport, as well as organizing appropriate public access to the terminal.

Uz līgumu attiecas Bankas iepirkuma politika un noteikumi, un šajos iepirkumos var piedalīties uzņēmumi no jebkuras valsts, ja vien iepirkuma dokumentos nav norādīts citādi.

Lidosta “Rīga” termināļa pārbūves darbu ietvaros paredzēts veikt esošā pasažieru termināļa publiskās daļas (tajā skaitā reģistrācijas zāles, drošības kontroles, bagāžas saņemšanas un ielidošanas zāles) ievērojamu paplašināšanu uz austrumiem no esošā termināļa kompleksa, paplašinājuma bagāžas apstrādes sistēmai izbūvi, esošā termināļa E, F un D sektoru pārbūvi, ceļu un stāvvietu risinājumu, tajā skaitā jaunas estakādes izlidošanas līmenī un daudzstāvu autostāvvietas izbūvi, pazemes tuneļa izbūvi bagāžas savienojumam ar RailBaltica stacijas ēku. Lidosta “Rīga” terminālim būvdarbu gaitā jāturpina funkcionēt un apkalpot pasažierus, nodrošinot aviācijas procesu nepārtrauktību un nepazeminot drošības un drošuma līmeni lidostā, kā arī organizējot atbilstošu publisko piekļuvi terminālim.
