1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project has a total estimated cost of EUR 90.3 million and will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:

-Works for the rehabilitation of the Tirana – Durres railway line and construction of a new rail link to Tirana International Airport “Mother Theresa”
- Consultancy Services for the Supervision of Works.
- Consultancy Services for Track Access Charges
- Works Contract for construction of Railways Stations along the Tirana Durres Railway. (Estimated to be published early March 2024)
