1. Funding Details
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).
Additional financing information:
The contract will be financed by an EBRD loan, EU, SSF and GCFF.
2. Information on the Procurement Exercise
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

3. Other Information
• The scope of work under this package comprises of supply, construction, installation, start-up and commissioning of four pumping stations (PS1, PS2, PS3, and PS4) and associated DI force mains ranging between 150 mm to 300 mm Nominal Diameter (ND) pipelines including all necessary fittings (air valves, washouts, bends, etc.) and chambers.
Design flow of the pumping stations ranges from 490 m3/day to 3,530 m3/day and the total heads range between 25 m to 80 m. The area acquired for pumping stations implementation ranges from 2200 m2 to 4900 m2.
The flow from various areas will reach relevant pumping station where the final flow will be conveyed to the wastewater treatment plant via siphons.
Works under this package shall include, but not limited to, the following:
• Construction of four pumping stations. Each pumping station includes pumps room, screening area, valve chamber, wet well, flow meter, emergency tank, guard house, etc.
• Construction of a new force main lines of ductile Iron pipe ranging in Nominal Diameter between 150 to 300 mm, with its associated washouts, air valves, and bends. The total length of the force mains is approximately 2,735 m.
• Construction of a new gravity sewer pipelines ranging in diameter between 300 to 500 mm DI pipe, including related cast in situ manholes inside pumping stations sites. The total lengths of the sewer pipelines are 240 m.
• Construction of connection and discharge manholes as specified on the detailed drawings.

• Time for Completion: 540 days (180 months)
The Site visit will take place in West Irbid Municipality- New Building on the date 1st October 2024 at 10:00 AM Jordan Time
