Contract Title: Project Implementation Support (PIS) Consultant
Contract Description: The overall objective of the Assignment is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project and achieve the stated Project’s performance and outcomes by providing professional and proactive assistance to the Client and their PIU. The PIS Consultant appointed to support the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) with this function will be required to familiarise themselves with the Financing Documents related to the Project and other EBRD key documents including those which govern lending policies and practices including, but not limited to:
•EBRD Procurement Policies & Rules
•EBRD Enforcement Policy and Procedures
•EBRD Environmental and Social Policy
•EBRD Disbursement Handbook for Public Sector Clients
•Other related EBRD Policies, Strategies or Procedures as relevant to the Project as well as Project specific E&S documents such as ESAP, ESAA, NTS, SEP
