1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
Loan of up to EUR 9.2 million;
Investment grant up to EUR 5 million;
TC grant up to EUR 425,475.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The proceeds of the Bank's investment will be used for financing the procurement of (i) household smart electricity meters and related software in the Osh, Jalal-Abad, Tupe and Chuy regions of Kyrgyz Republic and (ii) materials for rehabilitation of low voltage distribution lines in the country.
