1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
EBRD loan in the amount of EUR 12,500,000 supplemented by grant funds in the amount of EUR 2,500,000, as well as additional EBRD Technical Cooperation Funds provided on a grant basis.

The Project aims at upgrading street lighting infrastructure in Ganja city, Azerbaijan.

3. Other Information

The aim of the Project is to improve street lighting infrastructure in Ganja city. The total investment cost is estimated at EUR 15 million, to be financed by an EBRD loan and grant funds.

The proposed investment plan includes the supply and installation of street lighting systems (including LED luminaires, cabinets, cables and control system)

The PIU is supported by the Project Implementation Support Consultant in managing Project procurement and implementation. Further consultancy services will be required for the implementation of a Corporate Development Programme.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules (Rev. May 2022) and are open for participation for firms from any country.

All procurement for the Project will be conducted via ECEPP. If you intend to participate in any procurement process, you must be registered in ECEPP. Registered entities will be notified directly when any procurement opportunities for the Project are published.
