1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The project will be funded by an EBRD loan and a grant manged by the Bank. in addition, the Client will contribute to pay all applicable taxes (including VAT)

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The proceeds of the Bank's financing will be used for reconstruction and upgrade (from 2- to 4-lanes) of a 136-km road section between the towns of Aktobe and Ulgaysyn in the Aktobe region, from km 763-km 791 and km 819 to km 927 along M-32 highway
