1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The project will be co-financed with Donors funds and AfDB.
One Works operation will be jointly co-financed with AfDB, under AfDB Procurement Framework the other operations will be under EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Bank is considering the provision of EUR 100 million loan to Betoya Logistics Industrial Zone (BLIZ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nador West Med S.A. to finance the land development works of the industrial and logistics platforms of the ‘Zone d’Activités’ including energy-efficient street lighting installation and construction of wastewater treatment and desalination plants.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
