Contract Description: Lot 1 - Construction of a new building of the Science and Technology Park Cacak
The new building of STP Cacak is free-standing, storeys S+L+2, total gross area 12759.01m2, gross floor area 9172.89m2, basic area 3588.68m2, basic dimensions about 66x47.25m, height 12.5 meters.
• As part of the basement, there is a Production area, which includes 6 separate spaces with 12 workshops, between which there are corridors intended for the movement of forklifts, and two technical exits from the building.
• The office space occupies an area of 8,783.11 m2, i.e. 71% of the total area of the building.
• On the ground floor there is a conference hall, 2 central atriums and a reception desk with a show room and a restaurant and cafeteria.
