Contract Description: Consulting Services of Independent Appraiser for the Gvozd Wind Farm project.
Under the Shareholders Agreement (SHA) concluded between EPCG and Ivicom, the Gvozd wind power project is to be developed and implemented by Green Gvozd. According to signed SHA and its Annexes, the key objective of this assignment is to assess the fair market value of Ivicom's stake in Green Gvozd and establish the price of EPCG's call option.
