The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
The scope of supply is setting-up two telecommunication links by underground fiber optic cable (FOC). The first link will be established between the National Dispatching Centre (NDC), located in the MEPSOs head quarter, and the 110 kV substation Gjorce Petrov. The second link will be established between NDC and the cogeneration plant TE-TO, located near by the Fair of Skopje. The main objectives are to extend the existing telecommunication network which will enhance its redundancy, ensure higher quality and availability and enable cost savings by reducing rented capacities from telecommunication operators.
The scope of this specification includes engineering, manufacturing, testing, documentation, supply of underground fiber optic cables and necessary associated accessories, supply of underground cable infrastructure, loading, transportation, unloading, transportation insurance and delivery at site and erection of the underground telecommunication infrastructure on two, new routes.
The assignment is expected to start in 17/03/2016 and last about 4 months.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Client's country.
Prospective tenderers who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the tender may access the tender documents free of charge and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP. Full conditions for participation are included in the tender documents (tender data section).
Other Information:The registered suppliers will be invited to a Pre-Tender meeting with site visit, which will be organized on April 19, 2016. The pre-tender meeting will take place in AD MEPSO premises at 8.30 AM on April 19, 2016. The site visit will follow after the meeting. The detail site visit agenda will be distributed to the interested tenderers at the pre-tender meeting.
Interested suppliers shall confirm their participation in the pre-tender meeting and the site visit by April 15, 2016, by sending an e-mail (on the e-mail address below) with number and names of the persons from the company who will take participation.
The assignment is expected to start in 01/09/2016 and last about 4 months.
