Project Description:
Sovereign loan of up to EUR 50 million to the Republic of Kosovo for the benefit of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (as Beneficiary), an independent public entity established in 2019 to implement energy efficiency investments in line with the country's Energy Strategy and National Energy Efficiency Action Plan.
