1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
EBRD Loan - EUR 9 million
SSF Investment Grant - EUR 5 million
Technical Cooperation - EUR 1 million

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The proceeds of the Bank's financing will be used for (i) reconstruction of a 110 kV switchgear, (ii) installation of new transformers and (iii) replacement of associated equipment at the existing 110 kV “Dolinka” substation in the Karoy village, Issyk-Kul region.
&
The proceeds of the Bank's financing will be used for (i) procurement and installation of equipment for 110 kV voltage upgrade, and (ii) procurement and installation of additional transformers at the operating 35 kV “Rechnaya” substation in Osh city.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
