1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:
The Project will be financed by an EBRD sovereign loan of up to EUR 42 million and grants administered by the Bank for an amount up to EUR 775 thousands.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:
The Project consists of a sovereign loan of up to EUR 42 million to the Republic of Türkiye for the benefit of Osmaniye Municipality, to finance design and construction of a new wastewater treatment plant with a treatment capacity of 75,000 cubic meters per day and its ancillary facilities, including construction supervision services, in Osmaniye. The Implementation Agency for the Project will be İller Bankası A.Ş. (İLBANK).
