Contract Title: TC2.1 Stakeholder Awareness Programme - National Media Campaign

Contract Description: The Arab Republic of Egypt intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and a grant from EU Neighbourhood Investment Facility for the Kitchener Drain De-Pollution – Drain Rehabilitation Project to finance: (i) drain rehabilitation works (dredging of canals, and rehabilitation and construction of new pumping stations), (ii) irrigation improvement work packages in the command area of Omar Bek canal and its branches and other areas fed by Bahr Shebeen and Bahr Teera Canals sub basin and (iii) installation of a monitoring system for water flow and quality.

The Client has requested the Consultant to provide services as part of the ‘STAKEHOLDER AWARENESS PROGRAMME’NATIONAL CAMPAIGN - Video Production necessary for the effective implementation of the Project;
WHEREAS by an Agreement between the Client and the Bank(the “Grant Agreement”),the Bank has agreed to make funds available for the purpose of contributing to the financing of the Services from the European Union Neighborhood Platform (EU NIP) up to 79,999EUR excluding VAT as a grant (the “Grant”).
