Reason for Addendum: Amendment to the Procurement Notice
Tender Exercise No. 3938220


The Procurement Notice published on 16/02/2016 and opened for responses on 17/02/2016 is hereby amended as follows:
- the assignment is expected to start in the second quarter (Q2) 2016 and lasts about 4 months.
- the last paragraph of the Submission requirements section should read:
The complete expression of interest (including CVs, Consultant Declaration and Contact Sheet) should be submitted, in English with the translation into Romanian and/or Russian electronically through ECEPP not later than the closing date. The expression of interest shall be one file (pdf).
