1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named contract(s).

Additional financing information:
The total amount of loan lent by the Bank is €36.1 million.

2. Information on the Procurement Exercise

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

3. Other Information
The Client intends to acquire ten Mobile Drilling Rigs (5 units of 125T and 5 units of 180T lifting capacity) and related services to carry out a range of maintenance, repair, and remedial activities aimed at optimizing or restoring the productivity of existing natural gas wells. These activities include, but are not limited to, pulling and replacing completion or production equipment to extend the life of the well.

UGV is the largest strategic enterprise of Ukraine and the country's leading natural gas producer, accounting for 70% of the nation's gas production. It is a vertically integrated company with a complete production cycle: from exploration of gas and gas condensate reserves, field development, transportation, gas processing and condensate and oil refining to sales.
