Contract Title: Project implementation support and public service contract update

Contract Description: The RLF Lutsk District Heating Project – Phase II (the 'Project') involves key investments to improve the efficiency and resilience of the municipal DH system during and after the war. The Project aims to reduce reliance on fossil fuels by diversifying heat generation sources, minimising thermal losses and heat carrier leakages, and advancing digitalisation across heat generation, transportation and supply. Building upon the achievements and lessons learned from the previous DH project financed by the EBRD and successfully implemented by SCE "Lutskteplo" of Lutsk City Council (the "Client"), the Project will further advance previous achievements. To facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project, the Client is seeking to appoint a project implementation support consultant (the 'Consultant'). The objective of the Project implementation support and public service contract update is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation of the Project as a whole, as well as its individual components, as described in the Requirements.
