The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:
EBRD Loan 44114 and MEPSO own fund
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
The Contractor is under obligation to design, manufacture the goods, prepare the design drawings for installation and connection of the offered protection systems with the appropriate equipment in the substations, installation and laid of the necessary cables on the panels (inside in relay houses) as well as between primary equipment and relay houses and between relay houses, to take out (dismantle) old existing protection relays and all auxiliary installed equipment, wiring and installation of the offered protection relays and cubicles, installation and wiring of the necessary optical network for connection of all protection devices with the SCADA control system and with the teleprotection equipment (if necessary), installation and wiring of the necessary optical network for remote communication of all protection devices, perform the calculation of the setting parameters for the protection functions, setting and configuration of the protection devices, perform a training of the of the Employer’s personnel, workshop testing in the presence of the Employer authorized personnel - FAT, packing, insurance, delivery of the goods to the location designated by the Employer, perform a Site Acceptance Test and start up the equipment, put into operation in the presence of the Employer authorized personnel and perform as built drawings and documentation for all 110 kV bays and switchgears in HPP Tikves, HPP Vrutok, HPP Spilje, HPP Globocica. In addition, the Contractor is under obligation to submit at least 3 (three) copies of the technical documentation to the Employer (both electronic and printed version) for the offered protection system.
The contract is expected to start on 20/06/2018 and last about 18 months.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Client's country.
