Invitation For Tenders Single
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:
EBRD Loan 44114 and AD MEPSO own funds.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
The Contractor is under obligation to design, manufacture the goods, prepare the design drawings for installation and connection of the offered primary and secondary equipment in the four substations – S/S Skopje 4, S/S Bitola 2, S/S Valandovo and S/S Oslomej, perform a training of the of the Employer’s personnel, workshop testing in the presence of the Employer authorized personnel - FAT, packing, insurance, delivery of the goods to the location designated by the Employer, perform a Site Acceptance Test and start up the equipment, put into operation in the presence of the Employer authorized personnel and perform as built drawings and documentation for all 400 kV and 110 kV bays and switchyards in S/S Skopje 4, S/S Bitola 2, S/S Valandovo and S/S Oslomej.
The contract is expected to start on 30/05/2018 and last about 30 months for Lot 1: S/S Skopje 4, and Lot 2: S/S Bitola 2, and 18 months for Lot 3: S/S Oslomej and Lot 4:S/S Valandovo.
This opportunity is divided into 4 lots.
Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 4 lots.
Lot 1
Description: Procurement of works, equipment and installation shall consist of: design (detailed design and as-built documentation); manufacturing; factory tests; supply of the new equipment to the site (packing, transport, insurance, unloading, storing at site, etc.); necessary civil works; earthing; construction; corrosion protection; installation of new equipment; training; site tests; preparation works; test operation; commissioning; submission of as-built documentation; submission of operation and maintenance manuals; defect liability period for the works and facilities.
Lot 2

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Client's country.
