The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
The four (4) Contracts to be awarded for rehabilitation of 110 kV overhead transmission lines (OHTL) are identified as: Contract for Lot 1 - Rehabilitation of 110 kV OHTL `SS Bitola 1- SS Prilep 1`; Contract for Lot 2 - Rehabilitation of 110 kV OHTL `SS Veles - SS Ovce Pole`; Contract for Lot 3 - Rehabilitation of 110 kV OHTL `SS Skopje 4 - SS Veles` and Contract for Lot 4 - Rehabilitation of 110 kV OHTL `SS Stip - SS Ovce Pole`. The Contractor(s) is/are under obligation to design, supply, construct, install, test and commission the Facilities of the above OHTLs. The (re)construction of the OHTLs shall be along the routes of the existing transmission lines.
The contract is expected to start on 02/07/2018 and last about 18 months.
This opportunity is divided into 4 lots.
Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 4 lots.
Lot 1
Description: It is Contractor(s) obligation to prepare the Design and other technical documentation; construct the access roads; supply the materials and equipment; execute the factory tests; to pack, insure, transport, unload and store at site the facilities; to execute the demolishing, construction and erection works; to install the facilities; perform site tests; submit the documentation, test and commission the facilities; to undertake the defects liability and warranty of the works and facilities.
Lot 2
Description: It is Contractor(s) obligation to prepare the Design and other technical documentation; construct the access roads; supply the materials and equipment; execute the factory tests; to pack, insure, transport, unload and store at site the facilities; to execute the demolishing, construction and erection works; to install the facilities; perform site tests; submit the documentation, test and commission the facilities; to undertake the defects liability and warranty of the works and facilities.
Lot 3

Lot 4
Description: It is Contractor(s) obligation to prepare the Design and other technical documentation; construct the access roads; supply the materials and equipment; execute the factory tests; to pack, insure, transport, unload and store at site the facilities; to execute the demolishing, construction and erection works; to install the facilities; perform site tests; submit the documentation, test and commission the facilities; to undertake the defects liability and warranty of the works and facilities.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Client's country.
