Invitation For Tenders Single
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:
Pursuant to the Loan Agreements between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”), the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, the Government of the Republic of Serbia constructed the sections of the Corridor X Highway, e.g. Highway E80, sections from Prosek to Dimitrovgrad (Border crossing with Bulgaria) and Highway E75, sections from Grabovnica to Levosoje (the "Project").
The Republic of Serbia, represented by the Project Implementing Entity, acting as the Contracting Authority, Koridori Srbije d.o.o. Beograd received the Loan from the Bank for the Project to construct and rehabilitate certain sections of the Republic of Serbia road networks with objective to facilitate sustainable economic development and ensure that the country capitalizes on its geographical position to continue its development as a key transit country on the Trans-European Network as well as to increase transport efficiency and improve traffic safety in Serbia.
Subject of this tender exercise is Rehabilitation of the sections near Highway E80 in total approximately 70 km.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
A Pre-Tender meeting will take 2 days starting with the meeting on November 7, 2019, at 10:00 hours, local time (GMT+1) in the City of Pirot, City Administration Building, address 82, Srpskih Vladara Street. After the meeting, the guided site visit for one LOT will be conducted by the Employer. On the second day i.e. November 8, 2019 at 09:00 hours, local time (GMT+1) the guided site visit for other two LOTs will be continued. Starting point is City of Pirot, City Administration Building, address 82, Srpskih Vladara Street. The order of LOTs site visit will be announced at the Pre-Tender meeting. The Tenderers shall use their own vehicles and accommodation on their expense.
The contract is expected to start on 17/02/2020 and last about 540 days + DNP of 365 days.
This opportunity is divided into 3 lots.
Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 3 lots.
Lot 1
Description: Rehabilitation works on 3 specified road sections: state road class IIB No. 427: Niska Banja - Crvena Reka (L=14.82 km); state road class IIA No. 223: Donja Glama - node Bela Palanka (L= 4.79 km) and Turn for Pajez - Donja Glama (L= 6.41 km).
Lot 2
Description: Rehabilitation works on 5 specified road sections: state road class IB No. 39: Sadikov Bunar - Blato (L= 3.09 km) and 4 road sections on state road class IIA No. 221: Pirot (mali most)- Kitka (kamenolom) (L= 6.15 km); Manastir Sveti Ilija - Rsovci (L= 2.28 km); Sopotska petlja - entrance to Pirot (industrial zone) (L= 4.20 km); Slavinja - Izatovci and Smilovci - Protopopinske vodenice (L= 9.823 km).
Lot 3
Description: Rehabilitation works on 3 specified road sections: section of state road class IIA No. 223: Trnski Odorovci - node Sukovo (L= 10.080 km ); state road class IIB No. 429: node Dimitrovgrad - crossroad with local road to Verzar (L= 7.860 km) and state road class IIA No. 224: Node 25901 Nis (Niska Banja) - Konjicki klub (L=
2.162 km).
This tender will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
