Invitation For Tenders Single

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Pursuant to the Loan Agreements between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”), the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, the Government of the Republic of Serbia constructed the sections of the Corridor X Highway, e.g. Highway E80, sections from Prosek to Dimitrovgrad (Border crossing with Bulgaria) and Highway E75, sections from Grabovnica to Levosoje (the "Project").

The Republic of Serbia, represented by the Project Implementing Entity, acting as the Contracting Authority, Koridori Srbije d.o.o. Beograd received the Loan from the Bank for the Project to complete Batajnica Interchange (Highway E75) with objective to facilitate sustainable economic development and ensure that the country capitalizes on its geographical position to continue its development as a key transit country on the Trans-European Network as well as to increase transport efficiency and improve traffic safety in Serbia.


Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.


The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:

Subject of this tender exercise is Completion of Batajnica Interchange (Highway E75): part of the Batajnica Boulevard from the ramps R2 and R4 to the intersection of the connecting road with Кralja Mihaila Zetskog Street and the local road 3; street of level I from intersection with Batajnica Boulevard to the intersection with access to the intermodal terminal, including the completion of the bridge over the railway and the construction of parallel ''twin'' bridge; the local road 1; the local road 3.

A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on November 13, 2019 at 10:00 hours, local time (GMT+1) at the Employer's address: 21 Kralja Petra Street, Belgrade, 2nd floor, meeting room. After the meeting, the guided site visit will be conducted by the Employer. Starting point of the site visit will be announced at the Pre-Tender meeting. The Tenderers shall use their own vehicles.

The contract is expected to start on 16/03/2020 and last about 365 days + 1095 days DNP.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
