The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
Supply of pumps and control equipment and Supply of leak detection and laboratory equipment (2 sets) (including training).
The contract is expected to start on 30/07/2019 and last about 3 months.
This opportunity is divided into 2 lots.
Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 2 lots.
Lot 1
Description: Supply of pumps and control equipment
Lot 2
Description: Supply of leak detection and laboratory equipment (2 sets) (including training)
This tender will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
Other Information:5. To be qualified for the award of a Contract, Tenderers must substantially satisfy the following minimum criteria:
• Minimum average annual turnover of the Tenderer, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 (three) years as follows:
o Lot 1: 340,000 (three hundred and forty thousand) Euro; and
o Lot 2: 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Euro.
• Experience as supplier in at least 3 (three) contracts within the last 5 (five) years, each with the value of at least:
o Lot 1: 140,000 (one hundred and forty thousand) Euro: and
o Lot 2: 36,000 (thirty six thousand) Euro
that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed Goods.
• The Tenderer shall be able to present all the necessary certificates, permits and licenses required by Kyrgyz authorities in relation to this supply before the beginning of the delivery of Goods.
• The Tenderer must demonstrate that repairs and maintenance of the proposed equipment can be carried out in the licensed workshop on the territory of Kyrgyz Republic at a distance not further than 700 km from Mailuu Suu.
In the event that an application is filed by a joint venture, consortium or association, the tenderer must meet the following criteria:
• At least one partner must meet 60% of the eligibility criteria for the work experience and financial indicators mentioned above;
• Each remaining partner must meet at least 25% of the qualification criteria for the work experience and financial indicators mentioned above.
