General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), Grant administered by the Bank
A sovereign loan of up to EUR 210 million to BiH (the “Borrower”).
A portion of the loan of up to EUR 150 million will be on lent to RS Motorways through RS. The remaining amount of up to EUR 60 million will be on-lent to the FBH Motorways through the FBH.
1.1.million grant to be financed by an international donor or the SSF.

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 211,100,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• Financing of the design, construction and works supervision of a 14 km long section of Corridor Vc bypassing the town of Doboj in the north of the country.The procurement will be set as follows:
  
  - Construction of 5,6 km of new Motorway including two dual tube tunnels in total length of 2,290 m, bridge Rudanka over Bosna River and related local roads. This section includes the last 150 metres of the tunnel that are located within the FBH. This Works Contract will be procured by the RS Motorways, through EBRD website.
  - Consulting services for works supervision; this Works contract will be procured by the RS Motorways, through EBRD website.
  - Construction of the southern part of the Doboj Bypass between tunnel Putnikovo brdo 2 and Medakovo Interchange. This 8 km long section includes also a bridge over River Usora and Interchange Karuse/Usora. This Works contract will be procured by the FBiH Motorways through ECEPP.
  - Consulting services for works supervision; this Supervision contract will be procured by the FBiH Motorways through ECEPP.
  - Procurement of Fuel Control Equipment for random testing of fuel used in heavy trucks to prevent usage of light fuel oil and blue diesel.
  - Consultancy services for development and implementation of asset and inventory management systems in FBH Motorways and RS Motorways
  

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 31/07/2019.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
