The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:

Toktogul Production-Operational Enterprise “Suu-Kanal” ("Purchaser") received funding and intends on using a part of the proceeds to cover the costs of the " Purchaser " to implement the Toktogul Water Project. To improve the quality of services provided, the "Purchaser " intends to procure 5 units of special vehicles for operation and maintenance of water infrastructure of Toktogul city.

The contract is expected to start on 06/01/2020 and last about 90 days.

This opportunity is divided into 5 lots.
Tenderers may bid for a maximum of 5 lots.

Lot 1

Description: Procurement of special working truck (Pick-up truck 4х4)

Lot 2

Description: Procurement of combined suction truck (with capacity V = 10 000L)

Lot 3

Description: Procurement of excavator including 2 tool kits for excavation and maintenance

Lot 4

Description: Procurement of technical service truck for 4 persons

Lot 5

Description: Procurement of workshop truck

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
