Scope Of Contract: The Consultant to ensure that all procurement activity under the project is conducted fully in accordance with the EBRD’s Procurement Policies and Rules (PPRs). The second objective is for the Consultant to support the PIU during contract/s implementation, including an advisory role to assist the PIU in meeting the schedule, assessing any of variation orders/amendments, providing technical and other input, as needed, and ensuring compliance of all project stakeholders, e.g. the client, the Engineer, the Contactor/s etc with the Bank’s Environmental and Social PRs and Project Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP). The Consultant shall assist the PIU with the preparation of the progress reporting required under the EBRD Loan Agreement.

Duration of Contract: 24 months after commencement date
