Reason for Addendum: Change of the dates for pre-tender meeting.

A Pre-Tender meeting will take 2 days starting with the meeting on November 4, 2019, at 10:00 hours, local time (GMT+1). ) in the City of Pirot, City Administration Building, address 82, Srpskih Vladara Street. After the meeting, the guided site visit for one LOT will be conducted by the Employer. On the second day November 5, 2019 at 08:30 hours, local time (GMT+1) the guided site visit for other two LOTs will be continued. Starting point is City of Pirot, City Administration Building, address 82, Srpskih Vladara Street. The order of LOTs site visit will be announced at the Pre-Tender meeting. The Tenderers shall use their own vehicles and accommodation on their expense.
