3. Other Information
The construction project, namely, Works for Rehabilitation of the External Water supply main in the territory of Ryahovo, Slivo Pole and Borisovo, Rousse district, which is to be implemented under the Contract, consists in the reconstruction (replacement) of the water supply main between the existing UZR chamber (ultrasonic flowmeter) at Ranney wells which are located in the terrace of the Danube river on the land of the town of Slivo Pole (I Podem Pumping Station) to Pressure reservoir 1,000m3, Slivo Pole. The existing water supply main will be reconstructed (replaced) with a new one along a route, parallel to the existing one. The route crosses irrigation and drainage canals, the Municipal Road connecting the town of Slivo Pole and the village of Ryahovo, as well as the Second Class Republic Road II-21 Rousse-Silistra. The total length of the water supply main is approximately 5.6 km.
