General Procurement Notice

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Bulgartransgaz EAD intends to use Grant proceeds provided by the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund (KIDSF), administrated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under Grant Agreement No 057 and its own funds to finance the Project.

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 10,800,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:

• The scope of the Project includes supply of equipment, installation, construction and commissioning of a high pressure gas transmission pipelines, automated gas regulation stations (AGRS) and related facilities. The Project comprise of the following subprojects:
  1. Gas transmission pipeline to Svishtov
  2. Supply of main materials, equipment and related services for construction of two gas transmission pipelines to Svishtov and Panagiurishte - Pirdop.
  
  

Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 09/01/2020.

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.

Tendering for this project will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Prospective participants who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the contract may access the documents and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP. Other Information: Consulting services for the design and design supervision as well as for a Project Management Unit Consultant were already procured within the scope of the Grant Agreement.
