Invitation For Tenders Single

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.


The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.

Tendering for this project will be conducted by e-procurement using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP). Prospective participants who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the contract may access the documents and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP. The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank)
The Loan will finance critical improvements in city solid waste and urban transport sector

The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 15,000,000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:


The project will finance the following (I) procurement of new solid waste collection trucks; (ii) procurement of containers and (iii) construction and rehabilitation of city streets


Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 03/10/2019.


The contract is expected to start on 01/12/2019 and last about 12 months.

Other Information:The subject of this project is the construction and reconstruction of streets in Kragujevac. There are 10 streets and 10 separate designs and each design is covering one section that will be executed upon the contract.
