Invitation For Tenders Single

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Pursuant to the Loan Agreements between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”), the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, the Government of the Republic of Serbia constructed the sections of the Corridor X Highway, e.g. Highway E80, sections from Prosek to Dimitrovgrad (Border crossing with Bulgaria), in total length of 59,6km, and Highway E75, sections from Grabovnica to Levosoje, in total length of 74,1km.

The Republic of Serbia, represented by the Project Implementing Entity, acting as the Contracting Authority Koridori Srbije d.o.o. received the Loan from the Bank for a Project to construct and rehabilitate certain sections of the Republic of Serbia road networks with objective to facilitate sustainable economic development and ensure that the country capitalizes on its geographical position to continue its development as a key transit country on the Trans-European Network as well as to increase transport efficiency and improve traffic safety in Serbia.


Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.


The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:

The Project envisages the construction of three-way interchange with overpass at km 66+438.842 intersecting the Highway E-80, Niš - Dimitrovgrad, on section: Staničenje – Sarlah, to provide the connection of highway E-80 to state roads Class IIa No.259 (alternative, non-commercial road Niš-Pirot) and Class IIa no.221 (Knjaževac - Temska - Dimitrovgrad). The total length of the overpass is 104.9 m.

A Pre-Tender meeting will take place on September 26, 2019, at 12:00 hours, local time (GMT+1) in the City of Pirot, City Administration Building, address 82, Srpskih Vladara Street. After the meeting, the guided site visit will be conducted by the Employer and the Tenderers shall use their own vehicles. Starting location will be announced at the Pre-Tender meeting.

The contract is expected to start on 20/12/2019 and last about 365 days + 1095 days for Defect Notification Period.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
