The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.
The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:
The Macedonian Transmission System Operator (AD MEPSO) has started rehabilitation of 400/110 and 110/x kV substations as part of the Electric Power Development Project. The scope of supply of this component is procurement of 420 kV and 123 kV high voltage equipment (circuit breakers, disconnectors, instrument transformers and surge arresters).
The supply by the Supplier shall comprise design, manufacture, FAT, packing, insurance, delivery and unloading on site.
The Scope contained in this tender document is supply of the following high voltage equipment such as Circuit Breakers 123kV, Disconnectors 420 kV and 123 kV, Instrument Transformers 420 kV and 123 kV, Surge Arresters 123 kV and appropriate quantity and type of cables.
This tender will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-procurement portal (hereinafter referred to as “ECEPP”) and subject to its conditions of use. Tenderers must be registered in ECEPP in order to participate in this tender.
Tenderers shall register with ECEPP in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of ECEPP as published on ECEPP. Only those Tenderers who are registered and who have expressed an interest in the tender shall be able to access the tender documents, receive clarifications, addenda and amendments and submit its tender response through ECEPP.
The assignment is expected to start in 02/03/2016 and last about 60 weeks.

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the Client's country.
Prospective tenderers who have registered in ECEPP and expressed an interest in the tender may access the tender documents free of charge and may request clarification and further information from the client through ECEPP. Other Information:The assignment date shown above is incorrect and the assignment is expected to start in 01/05/2016 and first delivery to be completed within 20 weeks from commencement of Contract, and second delivery to be completed within 60 weeks.
