Invitation For Tenders Single

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:

This contract to be financed with the proceeds of a SIDA grant administered by the EBRD.


Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.


The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:

The procurement of works includes the procurement of materials and execution of works on the Reconstruction and expansion of sewerage system of the settlements Donje Ledenice; Gornje Ledenice and urban part of the Municipality of Gradačac, as follows:

A) Setllement Donje Ledenice: Construction of sewerage collectors and secondary network in the total length of L=6.193,00m with four (4) pumping stations (pumping shaft) and construction of main pumping station “Ledenice” .

B) Settlement Gornje Ledenice: Construction of sewerage collectors and secondary network in the total length of L= 8.416,00m; pressure collectors in the length of L=2.873,00m with five (5) inception shaft with air valve and three (3) pumping stations (pumping shaft).
The above mentioned collectors in the area of Gornje Ledenice and Donje Ledinice settlement drain water to the main Pumping station "Ledenice", which is designed to pump the waste water to the existing WWTP (recently reconstructed).

C) Telemetry surveillance and management
The purpose of the project of telemetry surveillance and management within the sewer system of urban areas and settlements in the northern part of the municipality of Gradacac is to create a technical solution for the remote management of the sewerage system in automatic mode, and to prepare all possible layers and equipment in order to upgrade the system to the SCADA system at one point.


The contract is expected to start on 17/09/2018 and last about 725 days .

The proceeds of the loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
